Poetry ~ Community ~ Writing ~ Self-reflection…
I believe we need these now more than ever for sustenance and nourishment.
In a warm, supportive online community, we write and play with words and images in response to creative prompts inspired by poetry, music, folktales, and more!
No experience is necessary. Rather than analyzing or writing “about” poems or other materials, we draw inspiration from them and from prompts, inviting our hearts to land on the page. All writing activities are guided – you never have to stare at a blank page and wonder where to start.
These workshops are about self-expression and personal discovery. We engage in intuitive, expressive writing and a process of reflection that enables us to gain insight from our writing and that of others – often surprising ourselves in the process. We witness each other, share (always optional), and generate words that nurture our creative process and our ability to be present for ourselves, our loved ones, and the world that is so in need of intentionality and healing.
Simply put, these workshops are gentle, joyful, and beautiful.

FEES:
$50 per 2-hour workshop*, includes follow-up emails with recaps, poetry, and extra journaling prompts.
